DriveSafeOnline.org is pleased to announce the approval and certification of its innovative online 6-Hour Online Defensive Driving Accident Prevention Course by the Idaho Transportation Department.
User Benefits
Drivers who complete the course will be eligible to reduce driver’s license points, satisfy a court order, and even earn a discount off auto insurance from participating insurance companies.
Available at www.drivesafeonline.org/idaho, this course is unlike other online driving programs because it features full video, engaging animations, interactive exercises, and a completion certificate for one low price.
“Other courses may charge users for audio narration, even more for full video, and then require additional fees to receive a completion certificate,” said Dean Fouquet, DriveSafe Online vice president of vertical markets. “DriveSafe Online has no hidden fees. In fact, our price is one of the lowest on the market.”
Course Features
DriveSafe Online features full-screen videos examining various real-life traffic situations, narrated animations demonstrating how to perform driving maneuvers, drone footage to give new perspectives on traffic safety, interactive knowledge checks to gauge student understanding, and a comprehensive assessment to satisfy court and DMV requirements. Completion certificates can be emailed to users and their insurance agent. The course is mobile friendly and can be started on one device and completed on another at the user’s convenience.
DriveSafe Online is developed and offered by NexLearn, an award-winning industry leader in eLearning for more than two decades. “We know what people want when they take an online course,” said Fouquet. “We’ve created a defensive driving program that entertains and informs. And since the state requires several hours of learning, we designed the course so users can easily break up the training and review small content chunks over time if they want.”
The Idaho Transportation Department certification adds to the growing list of state agencies that officially approve the DriveSafeOnline.org defensive driving course.
